Hi, I'm Carol Peszynski, Founder of Simplicity Training. Like most journeys the path is never smooth or straight but one constant in my life has been a profound interest in Health and Wellbeing.
As a child I remember having physiotherapy sessions to correct a back issue that affected my posture and caused a great deal of pain.I remember a great sense of achievement when I managed to complete a set of exercises after each session, and eventually being pain free. As a result I have always seen exercise as a form of medicine that can prevent pain and injury.
After years of working in stressful office environments I took a leap of faith and set up Simplicity Training to promote Health and Wellbeing and provide a service with an holistic approach to fitness.
I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Postural Stability Instructor for prevention of falls, Exercise on Referral Instructor, Mental health first aid, and I also specialist in management of none specific low back pain.
