One to one session focusing on improving overall health and well-being. Individual tailored programmes for weight management, posture and stability, managing non-specific mechanical low back pain, returning to fitness after sickness or injury.
Improve confidence and strength with functional training, weights, body weight and cardio. Small group studio sessions also available minimum of 8 per group.
