FLOORWALKING

Floor walking is becoming ever more popular with many companies. A trainer will come to you for a day and spend say 2 hour sessions with individual members of staff on specific topics that they need to learn from a particular package. That way, more staff receive 1-2-1 training without having to take people from their workplace and therefore creating a cost-effective base line for training.

Topics can be mixed - perhaps you have a member of staff who needs Excel; another who may need Publisher or Word - and so on. We will provide manuals for the delegates we train on the day - so it is like a tailored course for individual members of staff.

Group sessions can also be arranged – part of staff development these days focuses heavily on investment from companies in their staff training and these courses can be on site or off site – and we’ll tailor the days specifically to your business needs.
